Skerritts have been awarded the contract to supply, install and commission the electrical services for this new development in the heart of Soho, London. The building known as St Lawrence House on the corner of Broadwick and Livonia Street will see the creation of new restaurant and retail space on the ground floor and 76,400 sq ft of office space covering 6 floors above.
