Point North is a substantial landmark building located within the heart of the Waterfront development in Merry Hill, Dudley.

The project involved the conversion of an existing 1980’s office building measuring 140,000sqft into 181no. one and two bedroom residential units with associated parking provision, all set within secure, landscaped.

The contract works involved the installation of the following systems:

  • Landlords LV Mains Distribution and Cabling
  • Apartment LV Mains Distribution, cabling and sub metering.
  • Horizontal power busbar systems
  • Earthing
  • TVSS Surge Protection
  • General and Emergency Lighting
  • Fully Automated Landlords Lighting Control Systems
  • Small Power
  • AOV Fire Alarm Integration
  • Fire Fighting Lift Services
  • Part 6 Fire Alarm
  • Electrical Heating Systems
