This new 250 Bedroom Hotel Inn Express hotel is located on Holliday Street in the centre of Birmingham in-between the existing Crowne Plaza Hotel and the exciting new Arena Central Development.

This new 17 storey building has the back of house areas located on the ground floor; bar and restaurant facilities on the first floor and floors 2 to 17 have a mixture of 250 standard and assisted bedrooms with ensuites.

The contract works involves the full design, supply and installation of the following electrical services systems:
