Swallowfield One is four storey office building with central glazed core atrium providing a high amount of natural daylight to the office accommodation.

The electrical systems are served via an onsite substation and have back up power provided by an 800kVA Standby Generator. The main Comms Room is provided with 2x300kVA N+1 UPS Systems.

The building services systems offer a high amount of energy efficiency with the lighting controlled via a computer GUI system allowing the end user complete control of the installed lighting systems.
